A Brisbane Vietnamese restaurant named Uncle Ho's in a charming and witty pun on Ho Chi Minh, reportedly in order to celebrate Northern Vietnamese culture.
Some people didn't see it so much as a 'celebration' as a 'blatant disregard for the widespread death and displacement caused by Ho Chi Minh'.
