I Have The Legal Right To Your Sex Tape

When does someone have the legal right to secretly record you having sex and then sell it? When they're Iggy Azalea's douchey ex-boyfriend, naturally.

Australian singer Iggy Azalea’s ex-boyfriend claims that he has the legal right to sell their sex tape, and has presented a written agreement to prove it.

Hefe Wine (.....that’s really his name) provided tawdry gossip website TMZ with a copy of an agreement signed by Azalea that gives him exclusive rights to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images."

Now, you might wonder where the part about “leaking my sex tape” comes into it. Well, according to Wine, all he has to do is add a music bed to the tape and voila - the internet’s new porn king. Vivid has apparently offered a six-figure sum for the video, with the purveyors of exploitative porn seemingly undeterred by threats of legal action.

And if all that hasn’t quite tarred Hefe Wine enough to make Douche of the Week, there’s also a chance Azalea was unaware she was ever being recorded and was under 18 at the time. Douchey and criminal, quality guy.
