Indigenous dads respond to Bill Leak

Indigenous fathers have rallied after being targeted by last week's Bill Leak cartoon.

There are productive ways to address the very important issues of indigenous children in detention and the legacy of family trauma, and then there's Bill Leak cartoons.

Last week Jan Fran and Mark Humphries lampooned him on a special segment called Talking Prejudice, which was in no way inspired by The Insiders' Talking Pictures.
However, an actual indigenous father had a less snotty and more graceful response: Joel Bayliss created the hashtag #indigenousdads, inspiring people to share pictures and stories about their awesome indigenous dads, and fathers to shout their love for their kids.

Joel joined Mark and Jan to talk about its impact.
