Josh ‘Will Bailey’ Malina has a new West Wing podcast, hopefully to launch presidential campaign

Pretend America is great again.

Josh Malina as Will Bailey

In times like these, it’s comforting to remember when American politics made you feel warm and inspired, rather than despondent and terrified. And the best way of doing that is heading back to the beginning of the George Dubya Bush era. Because that’s when The West Wing graced our screens and taught us about dignified leadership, moral governance, and how to walk and talk at the same time super fast.

To aid your nostalgia, Josh Malina (who played Will Bailey on the show and now plays a charming nutcase on twitter) has launched a new West Wing Weekly podcast to recap all 156 episodes.

The Crackpots and These Women (which coincidentally and sadly could be the name of every Sorkin work since The West Wing) features a charming rotating roster of geeks to discuss the shows highs, lows, and Mandy.

It’s the way Shakespeare was meant to be played, friends. Get on to it.
