The already-delayed plebiscite on same-sex marriage will likely be held in mid-February next year.

Over the weekend we learned that the same-sex marriage plebiscite is going to be postponed until next year.

At this point, the government is not so much dragging their feet on same-sex marriage as they are lying on the ground and playing dead.
