Nanotechnology is a growing field - and it's just getting in to your food. The promise of longer lasting bread, super-low-salt soy sauce, even smart blob that can be made to taste like anything; all been part of the highly speculative future of nanofoods.
But how many of these foods already have nano particles in them? And what do we know about the harm they could cause?
The answer to both questions is we don't really know.
