A Gumtree user and self-professed zombie-apocalypse-survival-expert known simply as ‘Kevin’ has listed his ‘Zombie Proof Apartment’ in Wollstonecraft, north Sydney.
“Invest in a apartment that has a zombie plan,” the Gumtree advert says. “Located in the beautiful tranquil peaceful Wollstonecraft – until the zombie apocalypse that is.”
According to Kevin the apartment boasts unlimited wi-fi (to stay updated on latest apocalypse news) and bus and train connections (if you need multiple escape options).
The apartment is also close to Crows Nest shops (to raid for food and supplies) and comes with access to a washing machine and indoor and outdoor clothes lines (perfect for cleaning zombie blood stains).

There are some conditions though. Kevin says zombie survival skills are a must, and you must be a non-smoker with no pets.
“We want healthy survivors, no zombie dogs or cats,” the ad says.
