Twitter’s new rules explained in 140 characters

Twitter is trending on Twitter, so before the Internet explodes, here's why...

Twitter says that their new changes will be available over the coming months, so it's time to brush up on what's happening Source: Twitter

Twitter is changing to be more user friendly, as ppl who spend time expressing their thoughts online want more ways to do just that.

Rule 1

Now you can use big words like, 'ill-informed' and 'addlebrained' when trolling people because the letters that follow the @ don't count.

Rule 2

Twitter don't want spam. So even the urls of insightful @TheFeedSBS articles take up letters the same way links to meet horny MILFs do.

Rule 3

Like FB attachments, the url link of pics n stuff will disappear and only show the piece of media. No more of this 'www./pic.twitter' B.S.

Now everyone will see how much time you spend swearing at @clementine_ford in an attempt to bring down 'femisms'.

Because you can now retweet yourself, the idea is that you'd write the Reply, then Retweet what you just Tweeted. What a time to be alive.

 

These changes will later in '16, so hold out for that self-Retweet button and in the meantime stock up on really good ones that go unnoticed.
