Zoltan: The transhumanist for President

Meet the US Presidential candidate who not only wants to beat Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, but - also - death.

He's running for the Transhumanist Party, the only US political party fighting to make America not just great again - but immortal.

How? By using biohacking, cybernetics, cryogenics and even uploading your consciousness into a machine.

"Transhumanism is essentially this movement of a couple of million people from around the who want to use science to eliminate all diseases and eliminate all suffering," says Zoltan.

"We're a science party, a political party: that's our main focus.

"When you look historically at what technology and science have done over the last 30 or 40 years, every single major improvement that has happened with human beings has generally come from technology.

"I really advocate for merging with machines and robotic hearts..."

"So it's something we should continue to put our faith in because historically it has done very well for us.

"I really advocate for merging with machines and robotic hearts and things like that."

Istvan practises what he preaches, even having a chip installed in his hand that can do everything from start your car to display a Presidential message on your smart phone.

A former adventurer for National Geographic in his youth, he says that adventure has "always been a big part of what I love doing".

It was a close call with a land mine in Vietnam that actually started him on his quest to become a transhumanist and explore the limits of technology and science.

"I thought 'wow, I could have died. Maybe I need to do something about not dying'."
