Why are groceries so expensive?

If you've noticed your grocery bill is soaring, you're not alone. The prices of staples like dairy, bread and coffee have steadily gone up over the past 12 months - and turns out, a bunch of global factors are to blame. We roped reporter Ilias Bakalla into explaining how cooked grocery prices are in the cost of living crisis - by forcing him to make us lunch.
