Donald Trump's former driver claims he was not paid for thousands of hours of overtime and is now suing the Trump Organisation.
One of Noel Cintron's lawyers, Larry Hutcher, told NBC News he is allegedly owed US$350,000 (AU$470,000).
The suit reportedly lists the Trump Organisation as a defendant but not the president himself.
Mr Cintron was reportedly Donald Trump's personal driver for more than 25 years until the Secret Service took on the role in 2016. He claims he is owed overtime wages for about 3300 hours.
A spokesperson for the Trump Organization said, "Mr Cintron was at all times paid generously and in accordance with the law".

The White House referred questions about the suit to the Trump Organisation.
The money Mr Cintron claims he is owed is reportedly comprised of unpaid wages and six years worth of interest payments, as well as punitive damages that would be awarded if a judge found the overtime was unpaid on purpose.
