350 CSIRO researchers will lose their jobs in 'devastating' cuts

Australia's premier scientific institute, the CSIRO, will slash 350 full-time research roles to address rising costs, a move its staff association has described as 'devastating'. The agency's Chief Executive says federal investment in research is in critical decline.
