A major revelation about a radio call in the first Sea World helicopter crash report

A preliminary report into a fatal helicopter crash on the Gold Coast has found the pilot of one of the helicopters did not hear the other pilot make a standard taxiing call. Four people died when the two helicopters carrying tourists collided mid-air near Sea World in January.
