A National Day of Mourning strengthens Bondi with solidarity, kindness, and hope

People have made a pilgrimage to Bondi beach, the site of the terror attack, to be together, and make acts of healing. Across the country there's been a show of interfaith solidarity. Australians have also been asked to perform a mitzvah, a core Jewish value rooted in an act of kindness or charity. The theme for the National Day of Mourning is 'Light will win, a gathering of unity and remembrance'.
