Aboriginal death in custody taken to UN Human Rights Committee

The United Nations Human Rights Committee will make a ruling on the death in custody of New South Wales man David Dungay Junior. Lawyers say the Australian government won't contest a complaint filed by Mr Dungay's family. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander viewers are warned that this report has images of Mr Dungay.
