ACCC says Woolies misled shoppers with fake discounts

What counts as a discount? That is now being tested in court as the consumer watchdog takes Woolworths to court. During day one of the landmark trial in the Federal Court, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission alleged the supermarket chain misled consumers with fake savings.
