AFP investigates PwC tax consultant over the Treasury leak scandal

The Australian Federal Police has confirmed it has launched a criminal investigation into a PwC tax consultant over the leak of confidential government information, which allowed the firm to help its clients dodge their tax obligations. The government has ordered all staff involved in the incident be stood down from government contracts.
