A new initiative has been launched in a bid to address the harmful algal bloom off parts of South Australia's coastline. There are calls for the Federal Government to declare it a national emergency. Underwater drone observation surveys are underway to review the extent of the damage. It's impacting marine life and fishing and tourism industries.
