The war in Ukraine has racheted up after the Russian border city Belgorod was targetted, wounding at least 8 people. While Moscow claims the attack was carried out by Ukrainian saboteurs, Kyiv insists the raid was the work of Russian paramilitary groups, who are opposed to President Vladimir Putin.
