ATO whistleblower Richard Boyle's appeal fails

Former Australian Taxation Office employee Richard Boyle has lost his appeal to avoid prosecution for making debt collection practices public. The SA Court of Appeal decision means Boyle will now face trial, but some critics say it's a disappointing day for future whistleblowers.
