Audit finds supermarkets lagging on cutting plastic use

A new, independent audit has found Australian supermarkets surveyed are not doing enough to cut their plastic use in line with national targets. The report by the Australian Marine Conservation Society and Boomerang Alliance has revealed a serious lack of urgency and transparency by supermarkets across the board, raising concerns about the consequences on the already impacted environment.
