An etching of Aunty Beryl Van-Oploo has been unveiled at the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra. The Gamilaroi Elder is a champion of First Nations cuisine and has cooked for the royal family and Michelin-starred chefs. The portrait also honours her work in education and leadership in Sydney's Redfern community.
