Australia finds 'serious failures' in deadly Israeli strike on aid convoy

A Federal Government report into an Israeli airstrike that killed Australian aidworker Zomi Frankcom has backed the IDF's assessment that it was a 'grave mistake'. The review by a former defence chief also calls for an apology and compensation from the Israeli government.
