Despite the fragile ceasefire in Gaza, the limited supply of aid and electricity is severely straining the medical system. After 16 months of war, medical staff are fatigued and relying on the help of doctors from overseas. Two Australian doctors who've been in the Gaza Strip in recent weeks have spoken to SBS about the difficulties of working in the war zone.
