Australian government defends delay in declaring IRGC a terror group

The Australian government has defended criticism from the Coalition that it acted too late to enlist Iran's elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terror group. Experts say the move to proscribe the IRGC is complex because of what the military group is, as well as its ties to the Iranian regime.
