Authorities warned about Bondi Junction killer before fatal mass stabbing

The New South Wales coroner has been told police were given warnings about the Bondi Junction killer's failing mental health by his family. The new evidence will be examined at a long-awaited coronial inquest into the mass stabbing next year.
