Ben Roberts-Smith loses his appeal to overturn defamation case loss

War veteran Ben Roberts-Smith has lost an appeal to overturn his defamation loss against Nine newspapers, which found on the balance of probabilities he committed war crimes. The full bench of the Federal Court unanimously dismissed his appeal and ordered the Victoria Cross recipient to pay costs. Mr Roberts-Smith has one more avenue of appeal left.
