Bill aims to draw a red line on human rights breaches

Pressure is piling on the federal government to limit its possible involvement in genocide or war crimes. Drafted by international legal experts, crossbenchers have introduced the Red Lines bill – a world-first suite of measures which would block Australia's defence exports or trade with countries found to be breaching international law.
