Body of Victorian miner recovered as union questions workplace safety

The body of a 37-year-old miner killed in a Victorian mine collapse has been recovered, while a second worker seriously injured is also fighting for life in hospital. The Ballarat Gold Mine has been shut down as investigators examine the scene deep within its network.
