Bondi Junction stabbing attack inquest criticises psychiatrist's failure to act on warning signs

The psychiatrist of the man who went on a shopping mall stabbing rampage in Sydney's Bondi Junction has been criticised for failing to act on warning signs that his mental health conditions were deteriorating. Families of the six people killed have responded after the inquest findings into the 2024 attack were released.
