Budget 2023: Jim Chalmers questioned ahead of budget

Treasurer Jim Chalmers has confirmed to SBS News that 5.5 million households and 1 million small businesses will get help with rising electricity costs in Tuesday's budget. The federal government also plans to provide some other cost-of-living relief measures. An increase in Jobseeker unemployment payment could also be on the cards.
