Cambodian Australians mark 50 years since the fall of Phnom Penh

The Cambodian civil war effectively finished in April 1975, with the capture of the capital, Phnom Penh by the Khmer Rouge. In the late 70's and early 80's Australia accepted more than 70- thousand refugees from Vietnam and Cambodia, fleeing the conflicts. Those who made the journey still wear the scars.
