Pioneering scientist Richard Scolyer will be honoured with a state funeral after his death at the age of 59. The former Australian of the Year helped save the lives of thousands of people through his groundbreaking work on skin cancer. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was among those who paid tribute to the renowned melanoma pathologist.
