Labor is expecting the Opposition to back its new legislation to crackdown on childcare centres in the wake of shocking sexual abuse allegations. Opposition Leader Sussan Ley has promised to be constructive, as the first female leader of a major party to step up to the dispatch box since Julia Gillard twelve years ago.
