Childcare subsidies would boost female participation in the workforce according to new report

Fast-tracking the Federal Government's childcare subsidies scheme would boost female workplace particpation and help reduce the gender pay gap. That's according to the Australian Council of Trade Unions, which has released a new report outlining the economic benefits of having more women in the workforce.
