Children of disengaged PALM workers left in undocumented limbo as concerns grow for female workers

There is a growing number of new residents in regional Australia who are completely undocumented because they're born to disengaged migrant workers. There are more than 7,000 workers who have disengaged from the federal government's Pacific Australia Labour Mobility scheme but stayed working unlawfully or on bridging visas. There are growing calls for the scheme to be urgently reviewed.
