City releases video of fatal Chicago shooting of black man

Video of a fatal shooting in Chicago has been released. The police officer who fired the shots turned on his body camera after the October 20 shooting and claimed the driver, 20-year-old Tafara Williams, had tried to run him over. Tafara Williams says officers had no reason to shoot and did not provide first aid to her boyfriend once he was shot.
