The man who kidnapped a four-year-old girl from her family’s tent has failed in his bid to have his sentence reduced. Terence Darrell Kelly attempted to appeal his 13 and a half year prison sentence for abducting the girl from a remote campsite in Western Australia; his lawyer arguing that the punishment was "manifestly excessive".
