Representatives from 52 countries have gathered in Perth as wheat production declines across the European Union, and in Russia and Ukraine due to the ongoing war. While Canada, the U.S. and Australia export less wheat, they've increased their output, offsetting the decline in mainland Europe - but key barriers remain. Scientists are now moving in to future proof supply.
