A national database of domestic violence offenders and new laws to crack down on perpetrators who use mobile phones to cause a victim fear, would be created under a coalition government. As Opposition Leader Peter Dutton unveils a 90 million dollar funding boost for women’s safety. Labor says the measures already exist.
