Commonwealth of Nations head calls on Australia to act on climate change

Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland is visiting the Pacific and is currently in Australia. She’s calling on Australia to ‘step up to the plate’ by contributing to a climate disaster fund to help smaller nations bearing the brunt of natural disasters.
