As Muslims in Australia begin observing the holy month of Ramadan, one southwestern Sydney street is expected to host more than 1 million people for one of the country's biggest food festivals. But concerns have grown over the commercialised nature of the event, with fears that what was once a community-driven initiative has lost its spiritual essence.
