Environment minister Tanya Plibersek has approved a controversial $4.5 billion dollar fertiliser plant in north-west Western Australia. The Murujuga Aboriginal Corporation backs the development. But Indigenous-led group 'Save Our Songlines' says MAC does not represent all custodians.
