Controversial start to global climate meeting

An annual climate meeting - known as COP - has begun in controversial fashion. The Emirati oil tycoon leading the summit - Sultan Al Jaber - has denied allegations the host nation sought to strike fossil fuel deals with foreign governments as part of his official COP duties. Analysts say it has raised fears there may be no new breakthroughs to combat climate change
