Coronial inquest reveals new recommendations

A New South Wales Coroner has recommended that all hanging points in Sydney's Silverwater prison be removed by the end of this year. The recommendation was part of the findings of an inquest into the death of Darkinjung man Tim Garner, who took his own life in 2018.
