Court reveals reasoning behind immigration ruling

The federal opposition is demanding urgent legislation be put forward to re-detain a group of people set free from immigration detention. It was a decision of the High Court that prompted the government to release them. The court has now published its reasons, providing more ammunition for Opposition attacks.
