Emergency meetings have been held in Canberra after the latest near miss at Sydney Airport and days of flight disruptions. It is the second close call there in two weeks, as Australia's aviation network prepares for major expansion. But the nation's transport safety investigator insists Australia remains a world leader in aviation safety.
