Cyclone warning in place for north east Queensland as tropical low develops

A tropical low is forecast to develop into a category one cyclone off the northeast coast of Queensland. A warning is in place from Port Douglas to Tully, including Cairns and Innisfail. Heavy rain and damaging winds are expected from this evening.
