Cyclone Zelia makes landfall in WA

Cyclone Zelia has made landfall about 50 kilometres north-east of Port Hedland, in Western Australia's Pilbara region. While residents have been warned to stay indoors, emergency services have delivered welcome news—the mining town is expected to escape the worst of the destructive winds.
