Death cap mushrooms not found in meal leftovers, Patterson trial hears

The mushrooms at the centre of Erin Patterson's triple murder trial in Victoria's Supreme Court have faced further examination. Ms Patterson is accused of deliberately poisoning four relatives by lacing a beef wellington dish with a deadly species of fungi.
